“FUN4ALL” POLICIES
Socks are mandatory for both adults and children all the time while using the facility.
No outside food or drink is permitted (Except our Exclusive Package)
While using personalized decorations for birthday parties we must ensure the safety of our guests and the cleanliness of the facility. Therefore, NO confetti, confetti cannons, party poppers, glow sticks, piñatas, glitter, sparklers or latex balloons will be allowed on site. Please consider this during your planning process.
Treat/Loot bags must be distributed when the guests are being picked up.
50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
It is the responsibility of parents to provide close supervision to their children’s activities/behaviour.
We enforce a no bullying policy. All who engage in such behaviour will be asked to leave the premise if a peaceful solution cannot be resolved.
The number of guests expected, food/drink selections will be confirmed a minimum of 72 hours in advance to ensure us to provide better services.
NO gum, NO hitting, NO profane language, NO aggressive behaviour.
No Refunds will be offered with less than 14 days’ notice
The remaining balance of party package is due in full on the day of your event.
No Re-entry on the same day. Admission is charged for each visit.
FUN4ALL playground does not tolerate any verbal or physical abuse towards staff.
