Fun4all Rules and Policies

  • Socks are mandatory for both adults and children all the time while using the facility. No bare feet. No shoes are permitted in party room, cafeteria and play structure.
  • No outside food or drink is permitted. (Except our Exclusive Package)
  • No food is allowed in the play space.
  • Children 3 to 12 years of age should be actively supervised by an adult at all times.
  • All the guests are requested to stay home while sick in order to keep others healthy.
  • Everyone must sign a Waiver before entering the facility.
  • Absolutely No Smoking inside the facility.
  • Avoid wearing scarves and loose clothing. Tie up long hair is suggested.
  • Follow the signs while playing in the play structure.
  • No climbing the protective net and pipes.
  • Treat/Loot bags must be distributed when the guests are being picked up.
  • While using personalized decorations for birthday parties we must ensure the safety of our guests and the cleanliness of the facility. Therefore, NO confetti, confetti cannons, party poppers, glow sticks, piñatas, glitter, sparklers or latex balloons will be allowed on site. Please consider this during your planning process.
  • 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. It is the responsibility of parents to provide close supervision to their children’s activities/behaviour.
  • We enforce a No Bulling policy. All who engage in such behaviour will be asked to leave the premises if a peaceful solution cannot be resolved.
  • The number of guests expected, food/drink selections will be confirmed a minimum of 72 hours in advance to ensure us to provide better services.
  • NO gum, NO hitting, NO profane language, NO aggressive behaviour towards the staff.
  • No Refunds will be offered with less than 14 days’ notice the remaining balance of party package is due in full on the day of your event. No Re-entry on the same day. Admission is charged for each visit.
